Erich and I have often talked about doing a similar sort of thing--if we get the rest of the way there, I think your family would be the perfect one to partner with. In general, I feel like our families integrate well with each other. :)
We would love to, it would just be a matter of finding jobs for the men in an area we could have some acres! There are a few places around here for sale where that would be possible, then your food wouldn't have to travel so far to get to you :-)
